Is the Bowkaddy Bow Kover considered legal in Colorado?
A – Insofar as OHV’s (off-highway vehicles) are concerned, the answer is no. The regulations stipulate that the hard or soft case must not have any open ends or sides. Since the Bowkaddy Bow Kover does not completely enclose the bow, it cannot be legally used on ATV’s or UTV’s. However, the Bowkaddy Bow Kover can be legally used on bikes and boats, which are not considered OHV’s.
