No, the ProCurve Switch vl 24–port Gig–T module (J8768A) and ProCurve Switch vl 20p Gig–T + 4p SFP module (J9033A) have a little longer boot time due to 50% more ports. The biggest impact to the speed of the ROM Boot is the RAM tests (DDR or Rambus).
