The boat is not wheelchair accessible, however, we will do all that we can to accommodate customers with disabilities. There are stairs leading the way to the entrance of the boat, so if you’re willing to allow our crew to help you up the stairs, we’ll gladly do so.

Yes. Our boat is wheelchair accessible. Our crew will be happy to assist you to board and navigate the boat as needed, but we do ask that you notify us of what accommodations you will need upon purchasing your tickets.

The boat is not wheelchair accessible. However, we are able to transport a wheelchair on board for your use at the Island Mall. If you have limited mobility and are able to board the boat with assistance, then we will definitely be able to accommodate you.

Yes, the Island Girl is wheelchair accessible as are the restrooms on board. Please keep in mind that the entrance to the boat is only 30 inches wide so some larger wheelchairs and electric scooters or Segways may be more difficult to accommodate.
