In Minnesota the law allows for one of three tests to determine your Blood Alcohol Content or BAC, a Breath test using the Intoxilyzer 5000, a Blood Draw where the blood is sent to the BCA (Bureau of Criminal Apprehension) laboratory for testing, or a urinalysis. Generally speaking there are problems with all the tests but the Blood Draw is usually considered the most accurate.
