Is the Bible a book of symbolism and principles or literal history?
Before we begin to document the conspiracies found in the scriptures, we must understand that the Bible is a book of symbolism and principles that must be applied universally. The Apostle John saw a conspiracy symbolically depicted when he saw the dragon waiting to devour the woman s child (Rev. 12:4). Evil devouring innocence is a universal principle that has come down through the ages. It is not a book to be read literally, narrowly focusing on the Hebrew people. If the Bible is believed to be the only true book in a literal sense, then other religious books appear spurious and the Hebrews appear to be the most important people of their era. This view would appear to show that Elohim had a respect of people, contrary to his own commandments (Acts. 10:34).
