Not in the USA. They use them all the time, though not in poultry anymore after children started early puberty in Puerto Rico from eating chickens. There is BGH (bovine growth hormones) in milk, too. However most animals that slaughtered early don’t get them because they grow fast enough as it is, like chickens.
