Is the Athletic Body System designed for men or women?
Both! The reality is that men and women should train and eat almost the exact same way for the best lean body results. Obviously there are some small differences, but for the most part the methods are the same. We have created two separate issues of the ‘Athletic Body System’ so we could address these small differences. For men we have created ABBD ‘Athletic Body By Design’ and for women we created ABS ‘Athletic Body Sculpting’. Both systems use the same overall training approach and various training, nutrition and lifestyle principles.
