Does the assailant engage in behaviors that put him/her at risk for contracting HIV? High risk groups include men who have sex with men, past or present injection drug users, commercial sex workers, individuals with multiple sex partners, individuals with prior convictions for sexual assault, and individuals with a history of prison and/or jail incarceration. a.
