Is the arrangement fee for the service refundable?

YES, if we do not perform or do not perform on time. However if we do, and upon successful verification, the escrow agent will release the funds held on escrow. The arrangement fee becomes non-refundable after performance of the service in a timely manner and successful verification throguh the escrow agent. Please note: the fee is paid only after successful verification through the independent escrow agent.
