Is the aqua vie water purifier a quality device?
Unfortunately, I’m not finding many independent ratings of it, like the ones available at this chart: http://www.waterfiltercomparisons.net/WaterFilter_Comparison.cfm My understanding of the Aqua Vie system is that it basically acts like a distiller, which of course would eliminate most impurities from the water and certainly leave you with something very clean. But I’m not finding independent information on how it really works in practice or if they’re well built and cost efficient over time. I did find one user who says the price is around $290. That’s fairly expensive for something without much of a track record. So I personally would go with a better known brand, but it does sound like the Aqua Vie would work.
