Is the Approved Doctor List (ADL) still in effect?

0

A. Yes, until September 1, 2007, unless the Commissioner of Workers’ Compensation waives the ADL requirements before that date. However, network doctors do not have to be on the ADL to provide treatment within a network. Doctors removed from the ADL or denied admission to the ADL prior to 9-1-07, will not be allowed to provide health care for injured employees in the workers’ compensation system.
