Is the angel food cake mix good for my 12 month babies?
No. The reason it only requires water is because there is more sugar in it than regular cake mixes. Other cake mixes usually require oil and eggs which are not bad for babies after 1 year but they too are loaded with sugar. Consider making a reduced sugar banana bread cupcake for your little one and topping it with whipped cream cheese instead of frosting. I made a zuccini one for my daughter with cream cheese frosting and she loved it, it was a mess!
