Is the amount Ill be paid if my application is successful?
No there is no payment made to you in exchange for your application. The $3,000 is not a real budget it is simply a guideline to help you plan and develop your score for your application. Your proposed score must be deliverable within this budget that is, in your composing bear in mind that this budget will need to cover the composers fee as well as any musicians or orchestras required to bring your score to the screen.
