Is the American Goverment a rigged Circus of clowns or am i missing the point?
You are totally missing the point, the American government is not a circus of clowns. I love American politics and the country it self. Its like the how people keep blaming President Bush for the war and stuff. First of all President Bush can’t decide whether to go to war or not by himself, he must ask Congress, Congress basically is the puppeteer and Bush is the puppet. It is Congress who decides whether to send troops in or not, its them who decides where the money is, if President Bush wants something then who request it in a bill and then Congress decides whether it will happen or not. While if Congress wants something done then they will vote on it and then send it to the president, and if the president rejects it they can over rule him with a 2/3 vote, so basically if the president wants something he must ask Congress, if they want something then they ask the president and if the president says yes they got it, but if he says no the can just basically re vote and force him too sa
