As an ex-Alfa service advisor I’m sorry to advise that most Alfa’s have electrical issues. The particular problem with the spider is that there aren’t any official wiring diagrams as the car is in effect, a kit-car. By that I mean it’s shipped to the UK in bits & assembled at the docks, which means there’s quite alot of variation in how things were put together. Provided the battery issue hasn’t arked & fried any control units it sounds as if a new set of battery terminals might rectify the issue for you. I’ll keep my fingers crossed.
