Is the AIS latitude and longitude available?
It is a deliberate design of this website not to display the AIS latitude and longitude. A few uninformed people like to claim that publishing AIS data on the internet is a security risk, yet they are unable to come up with a realistic scenario for someone using a website to endanger a ship. However, the webmaster does take security seriously so while position information is recorded, it is not given on the website just in cast there might be situation where it might be of use to a wrongdoer.
