Yes. There is no cost to start up the account, no penalties or monthly maintenance fees and there are no fees for Debit Cards or direct deposit. Some additional costs incurred on accounts might include check orders, ATM fees from foreign machines. Please refer to the Schedule of Fee and Charges.
