Is the Adiri Natural Nurser Bottle Recyclable?
The Adiri Natural Nurser is made of a category 5 plastic (cover, bottle core, bottle cap and warming caps) and P-Flex, a thermoplastic elastomer that is bonded to the bottle and creates the bottle’s soft rounded dome & nipple and the Petal vent. Increasingly, some recycling communities do accept category 5 plastics, making the bottle cover, bottle cap and warming caps recyclable. However, the bottle itself and the Petal vent, containing P-Flex, are not. We are working on a recycling / reuse program for our bottles and hope to have a creative solution soon.
