Put the “check” in the following items: IE [Tools]-[Internet Options]-[Security]-[Custom Level] – Active X Controls and Plug-ins : Run Active X Controls and Plug-ins “ENABLE” – Scripting : Active Scripting “ENABLE” – If the Camera, which is set to work with the Network Archiving Software, VA-SW2000, detected the alarm, live images could not be monitored while the alarm images are transmitted to the Local Server PC.
