ABsolute Fast is available with either standard or low concentrations of pre-blended ROX. It is also available with a separate vial of ROX for use with QPCR platforms that either do not require this passive reference dye or require different concentrations of ROX. Therefore, ABsolute Fast mix is compatible with all major QPCR platforms.
