• Un-install all software (Refer to ‘How to completely Un-install all the PhotoDoc Software’ in the Troubleshooting section of these FAQs) • Re-install the software (Refer to ‘Perform a Custom PhotoDoc Install’ In the Troubleshooting section of these FAQs) • If everything works then, and you want to add “OCR-aware” capabilities, you can do so through the OMNIPAGE application. For an application to be eligible for OCR-aware in OMNIPAGE, it usually has to be running before you start the OMNIPAGE Software. Refer to the CAERE OMNIPAGE LE Section.
