The 90/90 Positioner is used very successfully for both the acute and the chronic condition. We offer two different style 90/90 Pelvic Tilt Belts that have been designed to target each condition. TheStandard Beltis designed for the person with an acute phase condition or sensitive lumbosacral junction. TheMobilization Belthas an added sacral gripper to aid in even greater pull while in traction and is designed for the chronic condition, a compressed lumbosacral junction, sacral strain, and SIJ misalignment.
