Is the 7DTJ a religious or spiritual program?
If you view Meditation as a spiritual exercise, then it is a spiritual program in your perspective. A lot of people associate Meditation with Buddhism, thus they considered it to be religious or religion-oriented. In our context, Meditation is an ancient teaching that existed beyond Buddha existed. Nowadays, there are many Christians practicing Transcendental Meditation, so the line between religion and spirituality is very fine to define which is which, so it really depends on how one look at it.
