Is the 505 Ultima Bright Brass and 605 Bright Brass finish close in color?
A. The 505 and 605 are designed to be as close in appearance as possible. That being said, the 505 and 605 have different substrates. The 505 finish is polished brass over top of stainless steel. This is designed to give you a lifetime finish. The 605 is a polished brass finish over steel. While they are designed to appear the same when installed, the 605 and 505 might diverge in color especially if there is heavy usage to the 605.
