Is the 5 hours a day ceiling a total of combined agency involvement, if recipients are enrolled in more than one PROS?
There is a total maximum of five hours per day per individual. This limitation will not affect persons co-enrolled in multiple PROS programs since an individual can only be receiving CRS services in one PROS program. If an individual is co-enrolled in a second PROS program it can only be for the purpose of IR or VS services and, in that case, the hours of service the individual receives are not counted toward the monthly bill. In this situation, the PROS program providing IR or VS services is not precluded from providing such services on the same day as CRS services are provided, regardless of the number of hours of CRS services. The program providing the CRS services would get the monthly tiered case payment based upon the number of CRS hours the individual receives, and the program providing the IR or VS service is reimbursed at the IR or VS add-on fee.
