Is the 22% allocation for suburban case management services more, less, or the same as the current system?
The Title I Planning Council has identified an overall benchmark of 19% funding going to suburban areas. AFC has consistently maintained a higher investment in this area and currently allocates 22% to the suburbs. The 22% allocation for suburban case management services will be maintained through this bidding process.
