Is the 2010 Dodge Ram 1500 Diesel A 5.0-Liter V-8?
In a sense, parts of it were for sure (DOE) – but that, when presented in the mag wasn’t a bad thing – it was a good thing. ( It does read a bit like an article that was updated at some point ). It is a through, well written article and very much still worth having – shows you where things stood – at that time. If you look at that, and what they have accomplished with the 6.7, – bodes well for this 5.0. Even the ‘old’ numbers look good for this application – especially measured fuel consumption against the then existing Mopar RAM gassers which were also ‘real world’ measured at the time for comparison.
