Is the 2009 Zuma 125 Taiwanese of Japanese?

I currently am enjoying a Genuine Rattler 110 (PGO-Taiwan). I’m interested, however, in putting some money down for the Zuma 125 this fall. If I were to do so, I would probably sell the Rattler. Does anybody know if the Zuma 125 is Taiwanese of Japanese? If I’m going to get rid of the Rattler and spend bigger cash on the Zuma, I’d like to be sure that I’m getting a vehicle that IS NOT outsourced. Thanks!!
