There is no requirement for a specific amount of funding to go to the overseas institution; however the peer review panel will evaluate the budget proposal to ensure that it is feasible, efficient, and shows an equitable distribution of funds between U.S. and host country partners. Please refer to the “Cost-Effectiveness and Cost Share of Overall Budget” section of the Request for Applications.
