Is that to suggest that NECO examination papers don leak?
Ojerinde. I must confess that there have been leakages. But the leakages are not the type that we can see on the streets. Leakages can be classified into several categories. There are leakages before the examination, leakages during the examination and leakages even at the time of printing. We have not experienced leakages of our papers at the time of printing. But during examinations some smart ones in concert, sometimes with the school authorities, will take the questions out and before you know it, they are answering the questions, which they later pass to those in the examination halls. Such things do happen. So malpractices are everywhere. It is not limited to NECO or Nigeria. It is everywhere.
