Is that story about John Abdo really true?
[I had to snatch this one from my in-box]: Hi, this is John Abdo, the inventor and spokesperson for The AB-DOer®. Yes, my story is true, and what makes it so impressive [to me at least] is that my success has lasted for years and years. At one time I had a 42″ WASTEline, and was plagued with an excruciatingly painful cracked lumbar vertebrae. Although I tried, I couldn’t do conventional midsection exercises due to my disability. Being frustrated I began to invent a way to decompress [or remove the pressure off] my spine and its vertebrae, and condition the tendons, ligaments and muscles of the spinal column and waistline. I also desperately needed to burn a lot of fat that had taken residence in my middle region, hips and buttocks. As a result of using The AB-DOer system myself, today, at age 51 years, my WAISTline measures between 31-33 inches [year round] and I can run, jump and play a variety of sports.
