The Power, however, to propel a bullet from a gun for a mile is much greater than the power required to carry the bullet for a mile. A major difference between lasers and LED devices is the Power. The ENERGY delivered is about the same for each. FLUENCE: Fluence is expressed as joules in a square centimeter. Maybe it will help to equate this term with affluence. Affluent people have more money and jewels (joules) per household (per centimeter).
