Is that a relatively new phenomenon?

I don’t think it’s anything that’s relatively new, but I think what happens is we’re in a major metropolitan area where there are many job opportunities in terms of internships in the area. The student works out relatively well for the organization, and then the organization finds a way to continue that student on a part-time basis during their second year. That kind of thing has been increasing over the last several years. I don’t have the exact number, but as the economy has improved, more organizations have been willing to continue to fund students during their second year.
