Yes, absolutely. TFCS is 100% compatible with all versions of Team Fortress Classic. The patch will continue to work with any new version that is released, unless Valve decides to make some drastic changes to the sound configuration . . . which I would then notify you via news link, and proceed to release a compatible version of TFCS.
