Is technical support available for USC DSL 24 hours a day, 7 days a week?
No. However, when you do experience a problem with your DSL service, please call the ITS Customer Support Center, at 213-740-5555, during their normal business hours. After business hours or over the course of a University holiday, you may leave a message for our consulting staff, and they will address your problem the next morning.
