Is talking to yourself normal?

Yeah, completely normal. It’s probably used to help people think better than if they kept their thoughts in their head, and it’s said “smarter” people talk to themselves because it helps the thinking process. Talking to yourself can be used to see if something sound right or if you’re conveying the message you want people to get. It’s totally normal, not weird at all, and can be quite useful. Just don’t do it in public, like in a library or a classroom. A shopping center seems to be okay, though…I see people talk to themselves all the time at grocery stores. It’s only bad if you have an argument with yourself and you lose.
