Tailgating at the MSP Polar Bear Plunge is allowed, but tailgaters must follow the rules and regulations as outlined by the Maryland Park Service. Anyone observed to be breaking these rules will be issued a citation by the MD Park Service, or escorted from Sandy Point, or both. Please remember that while in the park we are guests of the Maryland Park Service, and we ask that you respect these rules and regulations and respect Sandy Point State Park.
