Yes, SyncWisePro 6 is compatible with HotSync version 6. You may find, however, that HotSync 6 has disabled the SyncWisePro conduits once they are installed. Check this by accessing HotSync Custom. Ensure that the SyncWisePro conduits are set to synchronise and the new Palm conduits are disabled.
