Yes. Synchronisation is real-time “push” from the device to the server and “poll” (every five minutes) from the server to the device for receiving updates. The best way to think of the Omni Mobile client is to think of it as a standard Windows GroupWise 6.5 caching client on a smaller interface. Just as with the Windows GroupWise caching client, Omni Mobile is configured to “synchronize” every X minutes.
