Is switching workout routines the best way to build muscle mass.?

Here are the basics to what helped me bulk up. I lift 3 days a week with cardio. Set out 2 body/muscles groups to work out per session. As an example I’ll pick chest and triceps. When I hit the gym I do 3 different lifts for each of these areas that day. From week to week, I change up the lifts I’m doings so I get a variety. I do 3 sets of 15 reps. I know I’m at a good weight when I struggle a lot on the last 2 reps. Side note: It’s always a good idea to do one very low weight set before you get started. Muscles always work best when they are warmed up first. Within 45 minutes of completing your workout, take in about 30g of protein. This provides your body with a big share of the resources it needs to build muscle.
