Is sustainability a priority within Bain itself? What is Bain doing to reduce its environmental impact?
Bain recognizes the importance of corporate environmental responsibility and, starting with the London office, has set up Green Teams in 26 offices. These teams have succeeded in reducing the environmental impact of Bain’s operations across the global footprint through the implementation of a wide range of initiatives. Almost all offices have reduced paper consumption, begun waste recycling programs, reduced dependence on disposable utensils and consumables, and looked at ways of reducing the CO2 consumption through energy saving initiatives. Bain is expanding the Green Team project to further offices and continually seeks further opportunities to minimize its own environmental impact.
