Is Susan’s Face Painting appropriate for very small children or toddlers?
Generally, Susan prefers to work with children ages 2 & up. However, occasionally, she has been asked to paint the faces of even younger infants, and has been quite successful. It’s hard to predict how very small children will react to having their faces painted. Sometimes they can be a little squirmy and afraid of strangers & new experiences. However, sometimes they can sit surprisingly still while Susan paints their faces. As an experienced T.E.F.L. certified teacher with a cheerful disposition, Susan is able to put small children at ease. Her fun & colorful costumes, hats, and smocks also help keep small children engaged. One great option for toddlers (and even infants) is for Susan to use her face painting stamps on their faces or arms.
