Is Survey Locator member of the Better Business Bureau?
Survey Locator is not currently registered with the BBB, because their program for online businesses requires a website to be at least one year old. We are not quite one year old yet, but you can bet that when we have our one year anniversary we will be joining the BBB. More importantly, our payment processors (ClickBank.com) ARE members of the BBB. And they require us to operate in a “legitimate” fashion which includes providing adequate customer service, honoring refund requests, etc. If we didn’t do these things they wouldn’t continue processing our registrations, so maybe that will put your mind at ease.
