Surfbouncer is a Personal VPN service and is not free because there are no advertisements or bandwidth limits. But being a VPN it is more secure and more effective than a proxy. You can read more at http://www.surfbouncer.com They do operate some alternate sites I’ve seen that have what they call a free limited proxy service. They claim the ip address of the proxy changes daily and it gets posted to the web sites. take a look at http://www.personalvpn.biz for this. I don’t recall the other sites but there are several.
