Yes. The Bid Express telephone support desk is available from 8:00 am to 7:00 pm Monday-Friday, except for legal holidays. After business hours, voice mail is available and messages will be addressed the next business day. E-mail and fax support addresses are also available 24 hours a day and will be answered the next business day.
