Is SUMOCAN subscribing to any standards?
The SUMOCAN, with respect to all parameters is well recognized by all its user dairies. Since SUMOCANs are a new innovation in its product category as on now there are no standards available to subscribe. To facilitate compatibility with other products, it takes into consideration the dimensional requirements of aluminum alloy milk cans through IS: 1825-1983 of Bureau of Indian Standards. As mentioned in the above query, the product has been approved by NDDB of their venture in Sri Lanka.
