Is Summer FLAS awarded to graduate students only?

No. Summer FLAS is the ONLY EAP fellowship that undergraduate students are eligible for. For 2010-11, a maximum of two Summer FLAS will be awarded to undergraduate students studying East Asian languages at the intermediate to advanced level.
