No the Stratford Career Institute is not a scam. When checking with the BBB I found that the Stratford Career Institute has an A+ ranking. And most of the off site campuses also have a ranking of A to A+. Not all of their campuses are in the United States and the ones that are outside of the United States have a different ranking system but all the feedback on the is positive.
