To get rid of these social evils, stoning to death is appropriate but one must not be forced to marry someone else.Islam recommends to marry one you like either boy or girl and must not be forced. But illegal sexual relationship is an animal thing to do and that creates social evil but if not punished then other will use it as opportunity and this evil will spread.Stoning or torture punishment help to stop evil and stop it from spreading.

No it is not an appropriate punishment. Stoning to death is a barbaric act that should not be practiced upon even the worst criminals. God’s will (should it even exist) isn’t something that should be allowed to be determined and acted upon by anyone or any religion. Freedom or religion is a good thing.
