Stonecrest is designed exclusively for active adults, however, there is no age restriction at Stonecrest. Your children and grandchildren may visit as often as you wish but the rules will specify that visiting guests cannot reside at Stonecrest for periods exceeding 30 consecutive days without approval of the condominium Board.
